Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package with Care
Place the unworn items with original tags attached and all hygienic liners intact back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality inspection is complete.
